On the ground floor the front door opens to the entrance hall with, on one side the comfortable sitting room which has an open fireplace and a door through to the study. On the other side of the hall is the snug/family room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, television and bookcases with a large selection of books and games. Also off the hall is the dining room which is open-plan to the kitchen/breakfast room with island. French doors lead to a garden terrace with lovely views down the valley. There is a laundry/utility room and separate ground floor cloakroom.

On the first floor of the house is a galleried landing off which are the main and guest bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathrooms; two further double bedrooms and family shower room. Manor Farmhouse sits at the end of a no through lane in a peaceful, private and idyllic setting looking out over its garden and paddock and out over the valley of the River Frome. The garden extends to almost two acres and runs down to the river edge where there is a shallow shelf, often used for swimming by the owner.
