The location is highly praised for its proximity to the town, beach, and local attractions, with many guests appreciating the convenience and the views. However, some noted the challenge of hills and steps, which may affect those with mobility issues.

We really enjoyed our visit. Lyme Regis is beautiful. We think a coffee table in the lounge and a chair to hang day clothes in the bedrooms would be helpful. The Maintenance team were excellent with a very prompt visit when called about a TV problem but the property had some signs of wear and tare. But it served us very well.

The parking space is a bonus but it is tight, especially as not all residents follow the advice to take no more than a medium sized car. The views are better than the pictures and are lovely, the kitchen could do with some attention as it is looking a bit aged in places. Would stay again if in the area

It seemed as if the bare minimum of furniture and equipment had been provided. There was no saucepans, the fridge freezer compartment had not been defrosted for some time and the door could not be closed, making the whole fridge colder than it should have been. The boiler had pipes and wires exposed which should have been covered up. The furniture was either very basic or second hand/ worn.
