Formerly the station hotel, this spacious and solidly built Victorian property has been recently converted into luxurious apartments with superb views over the town to the sea and coastline beyond. Typical of the period, the apartment has high ceilings and large windows providing plenty of natural light, with an enviable outside terrace for those wishing to relax and take in the seaside air. We have visited with our two children and also with friends, two completely different types of break, but it was ideal for both. It is clean, tastefully decorated, in a good location and with a nice outdoor space. We even made a couple of minor improvement suggestions which were implemented by the next time we visited. It has good parking, right outside the property. There is a bit of a steep walk down into the centre of town and beach which might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues but we enjoyed the walk.

Great location in Lyme Regis, very well equipped and thought out. The owners even provide a cosy bed for the dog which ours very much appreciated. Easy to walk into town along the river straight to the micro brewery, very handy! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Dorset as there are so many place to visit on the gorgeous Jurassic coast.
