Radium is praised for its excellent central location in Lyme Regis, close to the beach and local amenities. Guests appreciate the property's practical layout and the warmth it provides. While some guests have recommended Radium and consider it a second home, others have noted issues with cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. The property's parking is noted to be tight and challenging for larger vehicles.
Cleanliness has been a concern for several guests, with reports of the property being dirty upon arrival and having a musty smell. However, some guests found it to be clean and tidy.
The location is consistently highlighted as the property's best feature, with its proximity to the beach, cafes, shops, and pubs being a major draw for guests.
Comfort has received mixed reviews. Some guests found the property to be cosy and the bed comfortable, while others reported hard beds, uncomfortable sofas, and noise disturbances.
Facilities and maintenance are areas of concern, with guests mentioning dampness, smells, and the need for TLC. Positive notes include a well-stocked kitchen and a powerful shower.
While a welcome pack of goodies was mentioned and appreciated, there is insufficient information to determine a consistent level of thoughtfulness across all stays, and as such, it cannot be guaranteed for future guests.

The only downside is the access to the parking, more so if you have a large vehicle. But a smaller vehicle not too bad with caution. Everything is on the doorstep, with plenty of things to do. This was our second stay, hopefully in the future, will stay again.

However the parking is an issue and whilst the site states that the access to the parking is "tight", that is an under statement. I could not access with my car, (Mercedes C250) which isn't huge but nearly got stuck. I did raise this, as a I had to then pay £30 to park somewhere else . The answer I got back was very poor in all honesty, which is very frustrating and poor customer service. I also could not control the heating. It was on a timer but no instructions on how to override. Needs looking at.
