Overall, guests have had positive experiences, often highlighting the property's cleanliness and the owners' friendliness.
Guests frequently commend the property for its spotless condition and the sense of comfort it provides. The repeated mention of cleanliness in the reviews indicates a high standard maintained by the owners.
The property's location is generally seen as positive, offering a quiet setting and proximity to the town centre and beach. However, the steep hill and distance from the town may be challenging for some, slightly affecting the score.
Reviewers often describe the property as comfortable, well-equipped, and providing a homely atmosphere. The presence of a conservatory and a garden adds to the overall comfort, although there are minor suggestions for improvements.
The facilities are appreciated, with special mentions of the well-equipped kitchen and the welcome pack. However, the absence of a dishwasher and the desire for better outdoor lighting and conservatory blinds suggest room for enhancement.
The thoughtfulness of the hosts is highlighted through mentions of welcome packs and the owners' friendliness. While these gestures are warmly received, it is noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The cottage was spacious and provided all we needed. The addition of a dishwasher and perhaps an air fryer would make it perfect. We found the recycling bins a bit confusing as their colours had faded and Dorset's re-cycling is more inclusive than Hampshire's. Maybe a numbering system would make it easier to ensure the accuracy of the recycling. We coudn't locate a blue plastic bag for the used laundry so stripped the beds and folded the used items at the foot of each bed. We met the owner who had provided a lovely welcome pack as well as a gorgeous fresh flower posey to make us feel at home. We hope that we will be lucky enough to make a return visit to Yonder View and have no hesitation in recommending this delightful cottage to other holiday makers. We have lots of fond memories!

Out of town and in a very quiet spot. Very clean, well equipped and spacious, this holiday home has everything you would need, home from home!!

The bungalow is well equipped and nice and clean. We found the wifi very intermittent - the signal wouldn't allow two of us using laptops at the same time! We thought that the conservatory would benefit from some blinds - to reduce the heat and to ensure it is usable on bright sunny days. This would also help to reduce the heat and the light in the main bedroom. Overall, a very positive experience. We hope to return next year.
