123 On The Sea is located directly on the Esplanade of Weymouth beach with stunning 180 degree views of Weymouth Bay. Built in the 1860’s for a sea Captain, Flat 1 is on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms. It’s elegant and spacious with original high ceilings. There’s also a private balcony spanning the length of the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Perfect for an Aperol spritz in the sunshine or morning breakfast watching the sunrise over the sea. The kitchen is well equipped ready for you to cook up a storm and enjoy mealtimes siting with your family or friends at the dining table.

Conveniently there’s a café, The Sandbar located on the ground floor unit of 123 On The Sea, serving locally sourced produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also take a 5 minute walk to Rossi’s ices. Originally founded in 1937 Rossi’s came second in The Sunday Times “tastiest ice-cream shops by the sea”

Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens.     Cannot fault it. So much love, care and attention have gone into putting it all together and it is so appreciated. The added gift of a fabulous hamper from the Dorset Hamper company was such a lovely touch. We are looking to booking yet again for next year. Thank you.

    We loved everything about it. The location is beautiful and plenty of space. The balcony is just wonderful, I spent many a morning eating my breakfast out there. 2 sets of keys was perfect for a family going their separate ways. We shall definitely book again for next year! Thank you so much

    We had a great time the apartment was lovely and clean beautiful views we loved the balcony and the chair by the window lovely to watch the sea in the evening very good position to get to the train buses and beach loved it so much we are booking again for next year
