Brewers Retreat in Weymouth is a well-regarded holiday cottage, praised for its prime location near the harbour and beach, with the convenience of a parking space. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the property's cleanliness, though some minor maintenance issues were noted. The thoughtful touch of tea, coffee, and biscuits was well-received.
The property generally maintains high standards of cleanliness, with guests finding it lovely and clean. However, there were minor observations such as hallway debris and dust under sofa cushions.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the harbour, beach, and local amenities, allowing guests to enjoy their stay without the need for a car.
The accommodation is considered comfortable, with good beds and settees. One guest found the bed a bit hard, and a teapot was missed, but overall comfort was satisfactory.
Facilities are generally good with all appliances in working order. However, there were comments about the lack of a dishwasher, unclear rubbish disposal instructions, and some maintenance issues like a flickering bathroom light and a noisy fan.
Guests felt at home and welcomed by the inclusion of tea, coffee, and biscuits. It is noted that such gestures are appreciated but may not be guaranteed for every stay.

If I had to nitpick - I could have done with a small set of scales to weigh pasta and rice. On the whole, I was very impressed.

We had a great stay I would have given it 5 stars but the entrance was very gloomy with a fusty smell we could not fault the accommodation it had everything you could think of and was very clean

Location could not have been better and the parking is such a plus point. We would not hesitate to recommend Brewers retreat and hope to return ourselves
