This ground floor holiday home has an enclosed garden area, shared with the other properties in the development. A gate from the garden opens directly onto the Esplanade and the beach.From Greenhill, Weymouth beach stretches in either direction, the choice is yours as to whether you walk towards the finer sand at the Pavilion end of the beach, or the more pebbly Overcombe end.
On entering the apartment guests will appreciate the spacious and airy lounge / dining and kitchen area, conducive to a small family or couple(s) being able to spend leisure time together and enjoying each other's company, whilst really being able to spread out.The award winning Greenhill Gardens is just a few minutes' walk away and is bordered by colourful plants and winding paths. Often during the summer there are free open air recitals, or a local band playing in the bandstand.
Walking into the Weymouth's town centre is a pleasant ten minute stroll along the Esplanade, here you will find a good variety of shops as well as pubs and restaurants.The Lodmoor Country Park is a leisurely five minute walk away and the perfect spot to picnic, visit the play park, cycle or explore the footpaths. The Sealife Centre is adjacent along with a cafe, restaurant, giant slides and Go Karts.After a day at the beach, exploring Weymouth or the wider Dorset area, returning to Seascape is a pleasure where you may choose to spend the early evening on your patio overlooking the sea warmed by the last of the sun's rays with a cooling drink.
