Head through the front door into the generous hallway, off of which you will find a comfortable king-size bedroom, where you can relax and unwind while admiring skyline views of the town beyond. Unfortunately on this occasion it wasnât quite up to its usual standard of cleanliness, even my husband noticed and commented, which he doesnât notice much! On our second day I reported that one of the lights was out on the stairs which left you in complete darkness for one flight, I tripped up on one occasion, however the light was still not fixed as we left. On a plus, we had a smoke detector continually beeping, we phoned and someone was round within the hour and sorted it. I hope this review doesnât detract from the high end accommodation that 5 The Beaches is, but hope that if we book again usual standards will be resumed

We were able to leave our car just outside the apartment using the provided parking permit and didnât have to move it all week. We appreciated the welcome hamper and pint of fresh milk, but most of all loved waking up to sun streaming through the lounge windows and the great view over Weymouth bay.
