About this property
This stylish, first-floor apartment sits on Weymouth seafront, close to a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Boasting a chic interior with access to a balcony, Sunbeach provides a perfect retreat for a family or group of fiends looking to escape to this popular Dorset location. After a day on the beach, make yourself at home in the open-plan living space, uplifted by natural light due to three windows, with the central one offering access to the balcony, here you can spend your down time flicking through the Smart TV. Cross the threshold to the kitchen, amply-appointed with all the essentials for a week away. As your eyes grow heavy, head to either of the bedrooms, both offering a king size bed and one with an ensuite shower room, whilst the other is served by a seperate bathroom with walk in shower. Step out the front door and you’re immediately on Weymouth seafront; wander down to the beach and dip your toes in the sea, or continue along to the Pavilion where you can catch a live performance in this 1,000-seat venue. If you’re feeling hungry, there’s a wealth of restaurants, pubs and bars to sample, along with some popular fish and chip shops! There's several attractions in the town; see the amazing creatures at Sandworld, experience underwater life at Sea Life Centre or see the Nothe Fort and Nothe Gardens for those budding historians. Further afield, Portland Castle, Dorset Museum, and Kingston Maurward Wildlife Park and Gardens all offer the chance to learn about local history or interact with local wildlife. Weymouth, a well-known resort, is an excellent year-round vacation spot with a wide range of attractions that are suitable for visitors of all ages and inclinations. The beautiful, lively harbour offers frequent fishing expeditions, while the beaches' gorgeous, golden sand offer first-rate facilities for all kinds of watersports. You can reach Portland Harbour and the untamed "Island" of Portland, which is connected to Weymouth by the breathtaking Chesil Beach, after a little drive. About 7 miles away is Thomas Hardy's "Casterbridge" in Dorchester. You may also travel the beautiful coastline route and stop at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Or, simply go to West Bay and take in the breathtaking vistas of the Dorset Heritage Coastline!
