Good pub 10 minutes walk but no street lights so be aware if returning late. Homemade marmalade and milk supplied by owner. Parking a bit hit and miss at times. Apartment could do with more cupboard space in kitchen.

It was bright and airy and a peaceful place to relax in an evening. As others have mentioned the WiFi is very weak, in fact we struggled to get it to work at all (maybe some sort of booster is needed as the router must be sited out of range). Whilst the bedroom and bathroom were very clean the kitchen/lounge would have benefit from a bit more TLC as touch points seemed grubby e.g. kettle handle, fridge/freezer doors, and there were cobwebs around windows. A dishwasher would have been nice even just for the two of us, and its a shame the lovely original fireplace isn't displayed rather than masked by an electric fire. Despite the above we would still consider staying here again if visiting this area.

Great place for a spot of cycling, easy access to the canal and from there to Slimbrige or the other way for a nice run out with a sneaky pub lunch on the side of the Severn. The only slight niggle was the wifi strength was rather week, didn't work outside the kitchen/living room area but didn't detract from an overall brilliant holiday. Would go back.
