The central location on Tewkesbury High Street is highlighted as perfect, with the convenience of nearby parking and the peacefulness despite being in the town centre.

The comfort of the property is generally praised, especially the beds and sofas, although there are a couple of mentions of a soft mattress and an uncomfortable sofa that suggest room for improvement.
