About this property

Nestled in one of Somerset's most sought-after regions, this property enjoys a prime location midway between the captivating towns of Somerton (5 miles) and Glastonbury (4 miles). The market town of Somerton presents a delightful array of shops, cafes and pubs, while Glastonbury is renowned for its iconic tor and enchanting abbey ruins. Nature enthusiasts will find themselves immersed in the abundant wildlife of the Somerset Levels, with a choice of captivating walks and cycling routes within easy reach. A selection of charming country pubs awaits, providing a cosy and welcoming retreat after a day of exploration. Other places of interest include Cheddar Gorge (19 miles), the city of Wells (8 miles), a good selection of National Trust properties and for some fantastic discount shopping opportunities, Clarks Village (3 miles). Also within 10 miles is The Newt, a popular working country estate where you can enjoy a delicious meal or explore the immaculate gardens.

The studio is situated in the grounds of the owners’ home and is an immaculate conversion of a former artist’s studio. Arranged all on one level, guests will enter into the spacious, light, and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling and French doors that lead from the lounge area to the outside. It is a lovely space to relax in with your favourite book or you could enjoy watching a movie on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has all the facilities you will need to cook a lazy breakfast or a delicious feast. After a busy day exploring, head to the bedroom where you can sleep well in the king-size bed. Completing the accommodation is an en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower.

Head outside from the French doors and onto the private patio, here you will find outside seating which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining. The patio looks out onto the orchard where guests are welcome to roam and will find a bridge over a stream, which leads to extensive footpaths.
