Guests have consistently praised the property for its cleanliness, peaceful location, and comfort. The owners are commended for their kindness and helpfulness. While the property is well-regarded for its spaciousness and modern amenities, some guests suggested minor improvements in kitchen equipment and mentioned the absence of a dishwasher, despite expectations. The natural surroundings and wildlife add to the charm of the stay.

Reviews frequently highlight the property's exceptional cleanliness, with guests describing it as 'spotless' and 'very clean'. The attention to cleanliness is a recurring theme, suggesting a high standard maintained by the owners.

The property's location is celebrated for its tranquillity and beautiful views. Guests appreciate the peaceful setting and proximity to local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Somerset.

Comfort is a strong point for this property, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the space cosy, especially with the underfloor heating. However, a few guests mentioned that the sofa bed could be more comfortable, slightly impacting the score.

The property is well-equipped, with modern facilities and spacious rooms. However, some guests noted the need for better kitchen equipment and the expectation of a dishwasher that was not present. These comments suggest room for improvement in this category.

While the reviews reflect positively on the owners' helpfulness and the property's amenities, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

The location was great, the kids loved seeing horses in the daytime. The property itself was great! Only think I would've liked would have been a washing machine, if people stay for more than 2 nights it would be nice to have a washing machine. Otherwise, a great stay!

.we could have done with a brush and pan to sweep up .. It would have been nice to have received a welcome pack as we have with previous holidays with you

Set in a beautiful location not too far from places to visit such as Glastonbury Tor and Clarks Village in Street. Various supermarkets within driving distance. Very peaceful location and great views, pond seemed well stocked with fish. Out of the three chalets Primrose is on the end, Foxglove the middle and Bluebell by the lane. Had a peacock pay a visit, saw deer, a pheasant and butterflies. Lovely powerful shower. Would only say for feedback purposes it was lacking in utensils if you wanted to cook in. Could do with a small pirex bowl, slotted spoon, better can opener, casserole dish and baking tray. More cups as well. Oven gloves otherwise you have nothing to grab the grill with. Luckily I brought all this myself. Hairdryer and fan would be a nice edition. Overall though a great place to stay. Wooden bench on the veranda turns into a table, novel invention.
