Walking into the lodge the only words we had were âwowâ. It was absolutely beautiful and more, the pictures online really donât do it justice. We had the most amazing, relaxing week away, it is located on such a peaceful pitch overlooking the golf course, close to all amenities all within walking distance, swimming, soft play, pubs etc. The lodge itself had everything you could possibly need, the welcome pack was such a lovely touch, Thankyou. Beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, enough toilet roll, kitchen roll, foil, cloths etc to start you off. I absolutely loved cooking in the kitchen. Shower was great and an added bonus of tvs in all the bedrooms. If I was being picky I would ask for more hangers, a couple more hooks around, esp for a dressing gown in the bedrooms would be handy/tea towel in the kitchen, maybe a bigger bin in the kitchen and a small lamp in the twin bedroom as the main light can be a little bright when you want to read at night. The clothes rack was slightly broken which we left a comment in the comments book which Iâm sure has been sorted already. Overall it was a much needed break away and we were so lucky to spend it in such a beautiful lodge, so much so we have just booked to go back February half term. Thankyou and we canât wait to come back soon :)

Great sense of space both inside n outside. Peaceful but close enough to facilities when required. Great for exploring both coastal and inland. Would definitely recommend

Provided most things we needed apart from drying cloths and a cloth to wipe down kitchen work tops and table. As others have commented, access to the gym wasnât free, we had to pay half price. Wells definitely worth a visit - Cathedral and Bishops Palace have a great dual ticket. Clarks village was also great, very dog friendly.
