On arrival we were still waiting to hear from sykes customer service as we had booked this cottage with WiFi. Despite several emails and phone calls no one returned our call. When we arrived after a 9 hour drive we could not get in , no key left. We phoned the host and she did not know why. A gentleman turned up with a key around an hour later, no apology just sort of blaming us!! He gained entry and left. No welcome pack in a bad signal area so we had to go out everyday and park somewhere to plan our visits etc. The kitchen is too small and the rear door porch shares with other house next door. Our fridge was in this area where food kept but others could just use it too as they did, a little like being back in uni. Next door had lovely furniture to sit on outside, we had non. No bin detail and we did not know when bins should be put out but houses either side use the same bin. I spent an hour each morning clearing up outside due to foxes and half of the rubbish was not ours. Terrible experience all round.
