Guests generally appreciate the Coach House's charm, spaciousness, and garden. The property's unique features, such as the record collection and musical instruments, add to its appeal. Somerset's beauty and local attractions enhance the experience. Some guests mention minor issues but the overall sentiment is positive.
Most reviews do not mention cleanliness issues, suggesting satisfactory standards. However, one review notes a 'fusty' smell upon arrival and cobwebs, indicating occasional lapses. Therefore, the score reflects generally good but inconsistent cleanliness.
The location is frequently praised for its proximity to local attractions, pubs, and natural beauty. The peaceful setting and accessibility to Somerset and Devon highlights make it a desirable spot. No negative comments about the location suggest a high score.
The property is described as homely and comfortable with spacious rooms and a peaceful garden. Some guests found the beds and pillows uncomfortable, and one mentioned issues with the bathroom setup, leading to a slightly reduced score.
Facilities like musical instruments and a well-equipped kitchen are appreciated, but there are concerns about the number of extension leads and the positioning of the TV. The bathroom facilities received mixed reviews, affecting the score.
While some guests mention a cream tea on arrival, others did not receive this, and there is no consistent mention of thoughtful gestures across the reviews. Due to the lack of consistent information, a score cannot be provided.

Great country cottage vibe. Everything worked as it should. Information provided was comprehensive and clear. The beds and pillows, however, were a bit uncomfortable.

We were 6 adults and 2 babies under 1. The house is spacious, with a nice big living room and a good-sized kitchen with steps leading down to a lovely garden. Somerset is beautiful, we had some great trips out and would definitely like to come back to see more. Thanks for a great stay and would highly recommend!
