Your every need for the kitchen is provided, from dishwasher tablets to fabric conditioner. To add to the luxury, white fluffy bath robes, and bath and hand towels are also provided, as well as hairdryers in all the bedrooms. This is a great accommodation to get away from it all, but with plenty to enjoy nearby. For those who love walking, the Blackdown Hills and the Quantock Hills are located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you will find many footpaths to explore. Exmoor National Park is also well worth a visit. In the county town of Taunton, you will find a castle and a museum, along with shops and a selection of restaurants. The West Somerset Steam Railway from Bishop’s Lydeard to Minehead, travels through beautiful countryside with views of the Quantock Hills and along the Exmoor coast. You can also enjoy family days out at the Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum, Diggerland in Cullompton, the multi award winning Haynes International Motor Museum, Glastonbury Tor and Abbey, and Clarks Factory Village. Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge are approximately one hour’s drive away and are worth a visit. You may also wish to visit Dorset’s famous Jurassic Coast, which is a World Heritage Site.
