Knowle is an impressive Manor House set in extensive private grounds within the Exmoor National Park. Available for exclusive use with an indoor pool, fabulous walking and just 2 miles from the beach, the Manor is the perfect place for parties to party or just to relax and enjoy the company of good friends. The house sleeps 50 in 20 comfortable en suite bedrooms and the dining room will seat everyone together.
Relax on a comfy sofa in the spacious sitting room or drawing room, both with open log fires. For the more energetic, table tennis and pool can be enjoyed in the games room which opens out onto the walled terrace.
There are 3 large reception rooms on the ground floor along with a bar room (plenty of fridge space) and a sizeable catering kitchen. The indoor swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees and is available throughout the year.
Within the 120 acres of grounds at Knowle you can enjoy organised activities such as clay pigeon shooting, archery & mountain biking. Canoeing, rock climbing and coasteering can all be experienced locally. Football, volleyball, badminton & croquet can all be played on the lawns. A barbecue and outdoor seating/eating area is also very popular, alternatively there are quiet areas to just relax and unwind.
The Manor is conveniently located for visiting local historic sites including Dunster Castle and the ancient Tarr Steps, the idyllic thatched village of Selworthy or the bustling town of Minehead with it's active night life and the famous West Somerset Railway.
