A spacious light cottage right on the waterfront. The cottage was really well equipped with smart tv, beautifully decorated and good heating (November stay) Excellent cafe next door and apart from the village itself there are many local places worth seeing. We visited Dunster, Porlock, Selworthy, B.... A spacious light cottage right on the waterfront. We visited Dunster, Porlock, Selworthy, Bossington, Allerford, Lynmouth & Lynton and Dulverton. Plus some fabulous drives across Exmoor. Would highly recommend.

What a great little place to stay. The location and views could not be bettered. It's a perfect spot for a walking break or just relaxing on the balcony or the cosy sitting room. It's a short walk from great eateries - including the splendid cafe just below. Colin and Julie were really helpful and the apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable too. It also comes with a parking space right in the middle of Porlock Weir which is an absolute winner. We definitely plan to return.

The location and views are perfect, and everything you need is close at hand , including beautiful walks right from the doorstep. The apartment is cosy and well equipped with comfortable beds , it’s very relaxing. Our two Golden Retrievers loved sitting on the balcony too after a day of walking, We can highly recommend this cute and quirky home from home . 😄
