We really enjoyed our stay despite some tricky weather; the only issue that did crop up was the lack of an oven, so we couldn’t warm up pies, or “home-bake” rolls to make packed lunches. (A small air fryer would be a good substitute). That said, the cafe next door was very convenient and Colin.... We really enjoyed our stay despite some tricky weather; the only issue that did crop up was the lack of an oven, so we couldn’t warm up pies, or “home-bake” rolls to make packed lunches. (A small air fryer would be a good substitute). That said, the cafe next door was very convenient and Colin and Julie were very welcoming and there are also other options for eating out in the evening nearby in Porlock Weir, plus even more in Porlock itself. All in all we were very satisfied and particularly enjoyed the harbour view from the window. It is a great place to stay.

The loveliest accommodation in a brilliant locution with outstanding views. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, the owners Colin and Julie and all the other locals are super friendly and helpful. Our dogs also had a great time on the beach and making lots of friends - doggy and human!

The location gives stunning views across the harbour. The studio, though small, is very comfortable, clean and a delight with everything required on hand. The hosts, Julie and Colin were very friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to staying again in the near future. Excellent.
