Splatt Barn, Porlock (Somerset) is a luxury getaway with modern conveniences. Thatched cottage situated on the outskirts of the village of Porlock, Splatt Barn enjoys uninterrupted views across the marshes to Porlock Bay and is an easy walk into Porlock. Sleeps 4, sorry no children under 11 years.

Splatt Barn is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, and Rangemaster with 2 ovens and hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
The Samsung smart TV in the sitting room offers streaming Networks plus Sky box with all the free view channels. There is a DVD player in sitting room. Small TV in kitchen. Wireless broadband is available in the property.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The central heating can be adjusted to suit your preferences and the seasons. Splatt Barn has a wood-burner in the sitting room; a basket of logs and kindling will be provided.
Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.

Excellent size, really comfortable and well equipped. Lovely garden . Location is perfect with views over fields marsh beach and Bristol channel. Perfect base for walking.
