Its central location is perfect for exploring local activities and attractions, with the added convenience of free parking. While some guests found the property to be cosy and well-prepared, others noted issues with maintenance and cleanliness that affected their experience.
Guests reported a mix of experiences regarding cleanliness. While some found the property comfortable and linen clean, others noted dirty floors, a urine smell in the bathroom, and an unclean outdoor area, suggesting inconsistency in cleaning standards.
The property's location is highly praised for its centrality and convenience, offering easy access to local shops, pubs, and live music. The provision of a free parking permit is also appreciated by guests.
The property is generally considered comfortable, with a cosy living space and good quality fixtures. However, the comfort of the second bedroom and issues with a loose toilet seat and bath drainage have been raised by some guests.
The property is well-equipped with kitchen amenities and televisions, but several guests have reported maintenance issues such as a broken WC seat, unstable bath, and a stiff patio door lock. The lack of a dishwasher was also noted.
While some guests mentioned receiving a bottle of wine upon arrival, there are insufficient comments on thoughtful gestures to accurately assess this category. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness.

It all looked scruffy and uncared for. This sets the mood for everything else. The weeds were terrible and it all looked unloved. Many small snags also put a downer on the stay. The central control switch for the cooker is broken, the taps drip and swivel when turned off, the shaving mirror light didnt work, etc etc. Small item that took the edge what was so nearly a lovely stay. Furnishings and fittings were good, comfortable and generally very clean. Sort the snags and a small input would create far better reviews.

Spent 2 hours having to Unblock and Clean Bath plughole as water just would not drain away, still was not draining correctly. Although the water pressure was extraordinarily low in the shower, the bath still filled up and and backwashed the contents of the drain into the bath. Very unpleasant. Bathroom sink taps both Loose. Second Bedroom double bed is not a double and certainly not suitable for two adults. Patio/Yard Door lock very stiff and awkward. However the property is in a good location and Central to Watchet
