The ground floor incorporates a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, alongside the cosy sitting area with a wood burning stove, comfy armchairs, large leather sofa, and a Smart television, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The modern shower room is also downstairs with a walk-in shower. Up to the mezzanine level, the large bedroom features a king-size French sleigh bed, theatre toile curtains and complementary décor.

Woodcock Farm prides itself on the maintenance of the wonderful Iron Age hill fort it sits on; running the farm to the most sustainable and environmentally friendly way possible; and meeting the highest standards of animal welfare and support of rare and traditional breeds. PV solar panels on the barn roofs produce the majority of electricity used.

A short drive away you will find the small market town of Chipping Sodbury with its stunning, unusually wide main street and a variety of independent shops and eateries including traditional butchers, artisan bakers and greengrocers.
