Stepping into this bright and colourful cottage, you will find a tastefully decorated lounge where you can relax in the comfortable seating and catch up with a good book or watch a movie on the Smart TV. The ground floor also features a shower room. Going up to the first floor, the kitchen/diner offers a wonderful space for preparing and sharing a family meal. The master bedroom, which features a cosy super king-size bed, is also on the first floor. Heading up to the second floor you will find a twin bedroom and a bathroom. The property can be booked in conjunction with the cottage next door, and they are linked by adjoining doors, enabling a couple of families to holiday together in comfort.
Brixham offers plenty to see and do, with boat trips, games zones, swimming pools, Berry Head National Nature Reserve, the Golden Hind Museum Ship, and Berry Head Lighthouse all within easy reach. There are plenty of sandy beaches, rock pools and sheltered coves nearby and the English Riviera offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, sailing and scuba diving. Among many local attractions are Kents Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village (both 10.5 miles), the National Trust's Greenway (5.5 miles) and the popular Paignton Zoo (6.5 miles).
