A modern ground-floor apartment set in a private resort just 1.5 miles from Brixham’s thriving harbour. Featuring a large open-plan living area, a patio area with glorious views of Torbay and private access to the coast, it is ideal for a small family or group keen to enjoy an activity-led holiday on the English Riviera.
The apartment has a fresh and modern ambience, with spacious and tastefully furnished rooms with the latest tech found throughout. Your gang will soon find their own space within the open-plan living area, with comfortable sofas only a few feet from a dining table that will be covered in culinary delights made by your foodie in residence. The apartment’s double and twin bedrooms offer ample storage for those who don’t like to pack light, while the family bathroom is the perfect place to set yourselves up for a day out or a night curled up in front of the TV. Soak up the sun and the sea breeze ahead of cocktails and BBQs on the patio terrace adjoining the apartment or head down to the resort’s shared open-air heated swimming pool during the summer months(please bring your own pool towels)
Attractive woodlands bordering the resort are perfect for a tranquil stroll throughout the day, and you also have direct private access to the pebble beach at Fishcombe Cove (within 100 metres). Brixham thriving harbour (1.5 miles) plays host to a range of family-friendly shops, cafes and restaurants, while the South West Coast Path, which runs directly behind the resort, leads walkers to Paignton (6.5 miles) past an array of coves and beaches.
