This stylish apartment for couples and small families is on the outskirts of Brixham, in the beautiful English Riviera. The area is a paradise for walkers, with direct access to the South West Coast Path from the property and nearby routes around St Mary’s Bay and Berry Head National Nature Reserve. Popular days out include Dartmouth Steam Railway and the National Trust properties of Greenway and Coleton Fishacre (all within 5 miles).

The elegant, ground-floor apartment has a unique sense of style, with statement furniture, quirky accessories, and vibrant soft furnishings. From the shared hallway, enter the spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which boasts high ceilings and plenty of natural light. At one end, discover a sleek kitchen area and in the centre of the room is a gorgeous dining table. At the opposite end to the kitchen is a cosy lounge area with plush, velvet seating set around a Smart TV. The property has two stunning bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and French doors leading to a private patio – the ideal spot for a morning coffee. A stylish family bathroom rounds off this fabulous property. Outside, as well as two private patios with outdoor furniture, you’ll also have access to an attractive, shared garden.

Head into Brixham (1 mile) to take a stroll around the bustling harbour or along Breakwater Beach, before popping into one of the many seafood restaurants for a bite to eat. Alternatively, pick up some delicious, fresh seafood from the famous fish market, to take home for your supper. On a summer’s day, be sure to wander along to the outdoor lido at Shoalstone Beach, where you can cool off in the iconic seawater swimming pool. Alternatively, hop on a boat from the harbour to explore the English Riviera by water.
