Bidwell Brook is an ideally situated single storey bungalow set in a quiet residential area with local amenities such as local shop, pub and bus stop which provides a regular route in to Paignton and other fabulous English Riviera seaside resorts. The Paignton-Dartmouth Railway, Pirates Adventure golf and Paignton Zoo are great local family friendly places to visit and all on the doorstep.This three property has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5 with a family bathroom and separate wc. With a well equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining room, Bidwell Brook is great for families to spend quality time together and whether relaxing in and around the property or out exploring the vast array of places to visit, this spacious bungalow will make for a memorable stay.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
