Private parking for 1 car, additional on road parking. No smoking. Allocated parking for one car is at the front of the cottage (underneath in front of the window). Alternative parking is available on the opposite side of the road.. As you approach Pepperpot Cottage its pleasantly quirky appearance is the first thing you notice. Entering through the front door, you find yourself in the hallway which leads round to the living area. The kitchen feels open plan with the living area with only a half height wall separating the two rooms, making this quaint cottage feel that bit bigger with a more social aspect. The bathroom is on the ground floor, as is the back door to the small rear courtyard, just big enough for a table and chairs but is perfect for those four legged friends or for a bit of fresh air. Upstairs and in the cupboard on the landing is storage housing books and games for guests to use at their leisure. The main bedroom is next to this with double bed and built in storage. The second bunk room is at the other end of the landing and benefits from a single bed on top and a double bed on the bottom.

Pepperpot Cottage is situated centrally, in between the towns of Paignton and Torquay, two towns which partially make up the English Riviera. With beaches, greens, beautiful coastal walks and leisure activities all nearby, there will be no shortage of things to do and places to explore.
