The Beach House is a spacious, beautifully presented, five bedroom property situated just 30 yards from the award winning beach of Preston Sands, within easy stroll of Paignton town centre and only two and a half miles from Torquay Harbour.
As well as offering easy access to the beach, the enviable location affords the house unrestricted fabulous sea views from Torquay to Brixham, which can be enjoyed from all principal rooms including the living room, dining room and four of the five spacious bedrooms.
There is a large sheltered sun deck situated to the front of the house, from where the spectacular views can truly be appreciated, and a secluded patio to the rear, with patio furniture and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
The Beach House is situated in a level location on the promenade, offering easy access to the amenities of the town and Paignton Pier and Apollo Cinema. During the evening, for a gastronomic treat, head to one of the many restaurants in the area offering local produce including fresh seafood landed daily from nearby Brixham.
Whilst staying in The Beach House, the advantages of a stay in Paignton holiday cottages include the area's many attractions. A visit to Paignton Zoo is a must whilst Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway takes passengers on a scenic railway journey along the picturesque coast and River Dart. For those in search of a little culture then spend time visiting the grounds of Oldway Mansion or head to Greenway, the former summer home of Agatha Christie.
This property especially welcomes families. It provides a cot and two highchairs plus children's dvds, books, jigsaws and toys. For a day at the beach there are children's wetsuits, boogie boards, beach toys, fishing nets, buckets and spades. There is also an emergency baby box in case you forget any baby essentials.
