Torquay abounds with good places to eat including Michelin star The Elephant which is just fifteen minutes’ walk from the property, and Pier Point for a lazy lunch with marina and promenade views. There are gardens to stroll through at Torre Abbey, and woodland walks to explore at nearby Cockington Country Park, which is also a great spot for a Devon cream tea.

Living Room
The beautiful living space is open plan with the kitchen and features three large windows with their own seating areas. Two Beech armchairs with matching footstool and small side table sit to the left of the room and create a viewing point from the sliding door which opens to a glass-balustraded Juliet balcony. In the centre of the room is a huge picture windows and this area features a contemporary leather two seater sofa with upholstered footstool / bench. To the right of the room is the entertainment space which has a large 65 inch flat screen smart TV, two two seater leather sofas and a matching upholstered leather footstool. Amazing sea and bay views are showcased through this area's sliding glass door which also opens out to a Juliet balcony with glass balustrade.

The gorgeous main bedroom is furnished with a luxury king size bed and slatted headboard with reading lights as well as a dressing table and chair. A large built-in wardrobe with mirror doors provides plenty of storage space.
