Harbour Bay is a modern and well-presented apartment in Torquay, praised for its cleanliness, stylish decor, and proximity to the harbour. Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome touches and the helpfulness of the owner. While parking can be challenging and there are steps to the property, its location and high standard of accommodation make it a recommended stay.
Guests consistently describe the apartment as spotlessly clean, ultra clean, and very clean, indicating a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
The location is highly regarded for its proximity to the beach, shops, and harbour, although some guests note the challenging steps and steep access, which may not suit everyone.
The apartment is frequently described as comfortable, with spacious rooms and modern furnishings. However, some guests mention noise from the property above and the steps to access the apartment as detractors from overall comfort.
Facilities are generally praised for being modern and well-equipped. However, there are comments about the parking space being tight for larger vehicles and the lack of a grassed area for dogs, which affects the score.
Many reviews mention welcome gifts such as wine, cereals, and dog treats, which guests found delightful. It should be noted that while these gestures are appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

It was perfectly situated to have a wonder down to the harbour in the evening for food and plenty around the bay to entertain the kids. Itâs within walking distance to Meadfoot beach which was brilliant for paddle boarding with the kids. The apartment was immaculate and really nicely presented. Our car didnât fit into the off road parking space, but no problem as there was a fab little car park so close that we bought a pass for the week which enabled us to park at all the council owned car parks in Torbay. I would definitely recommend Harbour Bay and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

We would have given it 5 stars other than two key points. 1. Dog-friendliness. There's no easy place for toileting and the outdoor seating area isn't fully enclosed so the dog can't be off the lead outside unless being watched. 2. Noise from upstairs. TV, music, and especially footsteps from the house above are clearly heard in this apartment, for example when they get up early for work. It's a pity the builders didn't add a floating floor and proper acoustic dampening when this apartment was built as it's a lot of work to fix now.

Almost brand new, ultra modern kitchen with high end appliances, the flat is light, bright and tastefully decorated throughout. Parking is on site, a bonus! The owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we would definitely return if back in Torquay!!
