Chasewoods Farm Cottage is highly praised for its idyllic setting, comfort, and cleanliness. Guests enjoy the beautiful rural surroundings, historical sites nearby, and the well-equipped kitchen. The spacious garden is perfect for families and pets, and the cottage's cosy warmth is appreciated during colder months. The thoughtful touches, such as a welcome basket, add to the delightful experience.
The cottage is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with only a minor note about cobwebs and spiders. The overall impression is of a high standard of cleanliness.
The location is highly regarded for its tranquillity, proximity to Marlborough, and easy access to historical sites and nature walks. The picturesque rural setting is a standout feature.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a cosy atmosphere. The spaciousness and warmth of the cottage contribute to the overall comfort.
The cottage is praised for being well-equipped and beautifully furnished. However, there are comments about the lack of a microwave and a downstairs toilet, and a mention of a noisy boiler, which slightly affect the score.
The presence of a welcome basket and the helpfulness of the caretaker are noted as thoughtful gestures. While these gifts enhance the experience, it is politely noted that such offerings are subject to change and not guaranteed.
