Walks are in abundance and are literally accessible from your doorstep, with Stonehenge just a short journey away and the local pub just a few field's walk away. A perfect location for exploring three counties - Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset. Sightseers have plenty of choice with numerous National Trust properties within a short drive, including Stourhead House and Gardens just a few minutes’ drive away. Longleat with its famous Safari Park is great fun for adults and children, alternatively for those who like a flutter or simply enjoy the spectacle, Wincanton Racecourse is close by. A little further afield, is the historic spa town of Bath and the cathedral city of Salisbury. Also the Dorset Jurassic Coast is just a short drive away.

This charming spacious barn conversion is approached by a private driveway and is situated in the heart of a working beef farm, set amongst open countryside and farmland. Upon entering the beautiful single-storey accommodation, you are greeted with a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. In the summer you can open the bi-fold doors to the sun-trapped garden to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The perfectly equipped kitchen has an electric Range ovens and hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher , and is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or old family favourites. There is also a utility/boot room with a washing machine, useful when returning from outdoor activities and for drying coats, boots and dogs. There are two immaculate bedrooms both with Smart TV's, a king-size with the added benefit of an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin zip-and-link ( which can be made into a super-king-size on request). There is also a contemporary bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside there is a large enclosed east facing garden with far reaching countryside views, perfect for both you and your four-legged friends to relax in and for children to play. There is also a secluded patio area where guests will find a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ so you can enjoy some alfresco dining. There is ample off-road parking available.
