In a tucked away position in the very heart of Holbrook, Cavalry Cottage is a quaint traditional Suffolk dwelling which has been comfortably furnished to provide a homely and welcoming self-catering abode, just a short distance from the Suffolk coast. In a quiet row of properties, Calvary Cottage is a charming place in which to explore this beautiful part of the county.
Holbrook really does offer something for everyone. Thanks to its' central positioning, you may find you can leave your car behind on most days during a stay at Cavalry Cottage. Just across the road is a well-stocked Co-Op store, which opens from 6am - 11pm six days a week and offers a wide selection of wares should you wish to self-cater in the property. If you're longing for a 'holiday' from cooking however, the village also has two local pubs, The Swan and The Compasses Inn, with The Compasses offering a takeaway menu during certain times. Of course, a short drive will also take you to a selection of other villages with a plethora of local pubs including Freston (2.3 miles), Chelmondiston (4.4 miles) and Pin Mill (4.8 miles).
