From the moment we walked through the door at the Old School House we knew that we had chosen an amazing tranquil peaceful place to stay for my birthday. The attention to detail was great , the bath and bifold doors amazing to watch the world go by and just listen to the birds, I cannot recommend this place enough to switch off and reconnect with loved ones.

A beautiful setting. Larger inside it looks for the outside Very comfortable bed, gorgeous bath fabulous Views . On the other side, not as clean as it could be lots of random stuff shoved into cupboards , No TV channels except Netflix and iPlayer, which wasn’t good for semifinals of Euros played on ITV.. I would go back for the location and hopefully small Housekeeping issues are rectified..

Whilst this is in a lovely location with peaceful vista and great wildlife, we found this cottage disappointing and not worth the price charged. The bifold doors were broken and couldn’t be used, the cottage was not very clean and a bit shabby in multiple respects. We were also surprised that the ‘welcome pack’ comprised of a sellotaped up, almost empty pack of coffee. Overall pleasant but not worth the money.
