A lovely, bright, spacious property in a fabulous location within the quintessential coastal town of Aldeburgh. The apartment is the perfect base for settling back and relaxing after busy days enjoying this beautiful part of the coast. Escape is accessed via a balcony entrance, convenient for admiring the tranquil street lined with brightly coloured houses. The comfortable, spacious sitting room provides generous seating, a wide selection of books and DVDs to enjoy, a Smart television and electric living flame-effect fire. This leads to the contemporary kitchen offering all you need to prepare and enjoy meals, with dining table and chairs for two. The bright, sun-yellow bathroom includes a bath to soak away your aches and pains, and also a separate walk-in shower.

Stairs lead to the second floor bedroom with king-size brass bed, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, and plenty of clothes storage. Tastefully decorated throughout, the owners have chosen some local artists’ work in the apartment, as well as lovely touches including complimentary toiletries and a large wicker picnic basket you may want to borrow for delicious picnics on the beach or by the river.

This bright, welcoming apartment is ideal for couples looking to enjoy a peaceful retreat by the beach. This property is a first floor split-level apartment with a covered external staircase leading to the entrance from the car park. As such, it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

The balcony is for access to the property only and it is not suitable for sitting upon due to fire safety regulations.

There will be scaffolding outside Escape throughout April 2025 for external for external decorating. You should not experience any disruption during your stay.
