A spacious three-bedroom house within a five minute walk to the stunning beach and thriving Aldeburgh high street. The Pines offers light, bright accommodation, enclosed courtyard garden and an allocated parking space. This pretty semi-detached house is ideally tucked away in a tranquil cul-de-sac just a stone’s throw from the pub, local independent shops and restaurants and shingle beach.
It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk coast. Recently modernised, the property comprises a newly renovated kitchen with open plan dining area, a large and comfortable sitting room, and a ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room. French doors from the kitchen/diner, sitting room and the ground floor bedroom all lead directly to the enclosed garden, making the garden a focal point and providing an extra place for outdoor dining and socialising.To the first floor are two further bedrooms; a double and a twin, plus a family bathroom.
