Stairs lead to the first floor, with a spacious sitting room offers a space to retreat too whilst enjoying the large TV and partial sea views. Enjoy a walk beside the pier, head over to the beautiful sandy beach, or enjoy the views from Felixstowe Sea Gardens and Cobbolds Point, Languard Fort and Nature Reserve. Kite surfing, paddle boarding, cycling on the national cycle route and numerous paths for rambling including the popular walk to Felixstowe Ferry where you can catch the ferry taxi to Bawdsey Peninsular.
