Avocet is set in a wonderful, peaceful location - you can hear the sea waves from the garden but it feels snug and secure. Extremely clean and very comfortable with good kitchen equipment and space to store things. It's off the beaten track but doesn't feel isolated and very rompt suport when needed. Ideal garden for dog and lots of easy walks from the front door. I loved it!
