Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and inlcuded. Welcome pack. Garden with sitting-out area and terrace. ¾ acre landscaped garden with flowers/shrubs and lawn with seating areas and summerhouse (shared with owner). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond in the grounds. . Relax in the ambience of the cottage and gardens or explore the delights of Suffolk - whatever you do, this fantastic area will not disappoint. Nestled beside the owner’s home, this cottage offers superior comfort within an open plan contemporary styled living space. The gardens (shared with owner) are landscaped and rich with flowers and shrubs. Guests are welcomed to enjoy the large gardens with its large pond, water feature, seating areas and summer house.
Suffolk offers a great variety of attractions for all audiences. With its miles of coast and beautiful beaches, the popular resorts of Aldeburgh and Southwold are within easy driving distance. The heart of constable country offers genuine landscapes and vistas that will inspire you at every angle. Walk for miles, visit local market towns and enjoying home-made meals in award winning local eateries, you surely won’t be stuck for things to do. Enjoy the historic villages of Woodbridge, Lavenham, Clare and Cavendish, where the streets are lined with timber-framed buildings and there are eating and drinking opportunities galore. For historical and cultural sites there are the National Trust archaeological sites, the Museum of East Anglian Life at Stowmarket, Orford Castle, Framlingham Castle, Leiston Abbey and Sutton Hoo. A popular choice with cyclist and walkers; having so many trails and quiet routes to explore. Circular walking available from doorstep. Golfers are spoilt for choice with a range of wonderful golf courses nearby. Popular market towns of Ipswich, 8.5 miles, and Bury St Edmunds, 28 miles. Nearby Woodbridge (16 minutes’ drive) known as the ‘gem’ in Suffolk’s crown, having excellent shops, plenty of superb eateries and marina for boating trips (seasonal). You’ll also find bird reserves close by including rspb Minsmere. Beach 18 miles. Shop, pub and restaurants 1.8 miles.
