First Cottage is a recently refurbished holiday home situated in a perfect position to explore the fantastic Heritage Coast. It is located in the picturesque village of Westleton which benefits from some lovely pubs and restaurants. First Cottage is warm and cosy with a lovely open fire, perfect for the colder months! During summer months the private garden makes the perfect spot for a BBQ or perhaps breakfast outside! A splendid cottage for a family getaway throughout the year!The property has a newly installed kitchen and bathroom (December 2017) with an open plan living / dining area. Upstairs there is a spacious twin room, with the potential for an extra mattress on the floor for another child if needed. The master bedroom benefits from views into the garden and a double bed. Other things to note -Latitude festival site is a 15 minute drive from the cottage - Walberswick is a 10 minute drive, or a short bicycle ride! - Dunwich is a 10 minute drive - Aldeburgh is a 20 minute drive - Southwold is a 20 minute drive
