Property was comfortable for a week but would benefit from more attention to cleanliness and details (dressing table for ladies, lack of made hair drying and make up application difficult). Warm and cosy though especially on the cool and windy Suffolk days. Stairs to top floor bedrooms are steep, so not for the unsteady or infirm. Despite that, we did enjoy the stay and with a little more attention to the homely details this could be a perfect 10/10 property.

Kiln House was clean, well equipped and the perfect place for visiting the pretty villages around Snape Maltings. Great for local walks and ideal for seeing a concert or two in the Concert Hall at The Maltings. Café very good for meals or coffee/tea and cakes etc, and the shops ideal for browsing or buying those gifts to take home. We had a wonderful holiday and would certainly return. Thank you.
