Beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace and the orginal brick flooring complement the comfortable and contemporary furnishings and well equipped kitchen. The house is situated in Westleton, a pretty village with good access to the coast, local nature reserves and beautiful countryside.

I would rate this property at the very low end of a 3 star rating. First impressions were of a lovely and very old little cottage with tons of original features as you would expect. But when you start looking it needs more love and care given to it.

Really enjoyed our stay in Appletree cottage. The garden was fantastic particularly as we have a dog. Westleton village is beautiful and has everything you need.

Apple Tree cottage is set right in the heart of Westleton. 200 yard walk across the green to the White Horse. Great food and a proper local. About the same distance to the Westleton Crown..very good Sunday lunch. The cottage is a 5 minute drive to Dunwhich Beach…there is a bridal path across Westleton Heath but some of the walk is on the road (not too busy but quite narrow). The cottage is small but very comfortable and well equipped. It has a beautiful secure rear garden and was a great base to visit Sutton Hoo, Framlingham and Southwold. Lovely village lovely cottage great location.
