High House provides a perfect base for a seaside or country holiday and allows you to explore both the beautiful Suffolk countryside and coast, as well as The Broads National Park nearby.

The house is tucked away from the main road in Wrentham and provides a lovely space for a family holiday, including your four legged friend. This charming property is well equipped for your stay and, should you be visiting during the cooler months, you have the comfort of an open fire to come back to, making the sitting room very cosy. The kitchen dining space has french doors opening into the garden, which provides a lovely space to dine alfresco.

Wrentham has a small number of shops and two pubs to visit and you can walk out to Covehithe, Benacre Broad and the beach. Covehithe beach - one of Suffolk's best secrets - is a lovely sandy and secluded beach. The coast here is eroding and you can see the results where the trees that were once at the top of the cliff are now on the beach being worn by the sea. You will pass the partly ruined church of St Andrews on your way to the beach which has an interesting history. Heading away from the village, it is a short drive to Southwold or Beccles with lots to explore.

Having been out and about, you can return to High House with its comfy beds and the opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
