Somerleyton Hall is widely acclaimed as one of the most beautiful stately homes in Britain and Pleasurewood Hills, the local American theme park, to name a couple, are fabulous places to visit. Within a short drive, you can also be on the popular Suffolk Heritage Coast, visiting Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh. Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery.
