Built in 1795, Apple Cottage is Grade II listed. Just a 10-minute walk to Southwold beach, this two-hundred-year-old cottage has been stylishly renovated, with a contemporary grey and white colour palette. It has a beautiful, secluded and sheltered south west facing garden which is a real asset to this property. The ground floor comprises an open plan living area including a Swedish wood burning stove, a dining area, a well-equipped galley kitchen, and a separate adjoining shower room. Whilst upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and an ensuite with roll-top bath. This quaint cottage is cleverly designed and well equipped with all you need for a self-catering break by the Suffolk coast. This charming cottage boasts fantastic positioning within the town of Southwold, being on the renowned independent high street, meaning you can shop with ease but also reach the beach within a 10 minute walk.
