About this property
A charming bungalow with lovely views over open fields. Wolsey Cottage is only a five minute walk from Southwold beach and pier and although in a quiet position it is close to the town centre too.
Wolsey Cottage, a bungalow set well back from the road, with views across marshes and fields, is close to the beach and pier in Southwold as well as the town centre, tennis courts and golf course on the common. The pier, rebuilt in 2001 and with its cafes, a shop and arcade, blends in well with colourful beach huts and the promenade. Ideal for bird watching there are footpaths over the marshes and towards Easton Bavants. There is a slope at the side of the property which makes it suitable for the less mobile who can avoid walking up the steps to the front door.
