The Southwold Arms Apartment is praised for its cleanliness, prime location, and spaciousness. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen and the property's suitability for families. While some minor maintenance issues and a need for additional warmth in the evenings are noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
Guests consistently mention that the apartment is very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, one review mentioned floors that were not as clean as they appeared, slightly affecting the score.
The location is highly praised for being central and close to amenities, the beach, cafes, and supermarkets, making it perfect for guests' needs.
The apartment is generally found to be comfortable and spacious. However, comments about the thick duvet and the apartment being chilly in the evenings suggest room for improvement in this category.
The apartment is well-appointed with a well-equipped kitchen. Nonetheless, several reviews point out maintenance issues such as lighting problems, a need for a wardrobe in the main bedroom, and a lack of heating control, which impacts the score.
Previous gestures such as a welcome gift of wine and biscuits were noted and missed by a repeat guest, indicating that such touches were appreciated. It should be noted that while these gestures are valued, they are not guaranteed.

No onsite parking but with a free car park just 5 minutes walk away this is not a problem. There were just the two of us but the apartment would be perfectly comfortable for four adults and would be ideal for a family.
