Great location with easy access to the centre of Southwold. The parking space is also really convenient given how busy the town is. Flat itself is nice with some parts of it modernised, such as the kitchen and bathroom. We had no wifi during our visit, which despite contacting the rental company numerous times was not resolved during our stay. Also be mindful that the flat below is also rented and so you may experience quite a bit of noise depending on how considerate the other guests are.

Nice property with super comfortable beds in a good location to access the beach & high street. Lots of board games/books and local info provided. Shower very poor as was the Sky connection & WiFi, although I appreciate the latter may be more important to some than others on holiday.
